APPLICATION TASKS AND DOCUMENTS
Application Tasks
Check the tasks
-
Tasks displaying a red stop symbol are mandatory. You have to complete these tasks in order to submit your application. If not completed, these tasks will prevent you from submitting the application (the task mentions “blocks application”).
To fulfil the task, you must upload the required document(s) in the correct form (if required) and then select the appropriate choice in the task.
Read the task instructions very carefully before uploading any document.
Upon completion the task will appear as “resolved”.
If all the mandatory tasks have been fulfilled, you will be able to submit your application.
-
Tasks displaying a yellow warning signal are not mandatory at application stage (the task mentions “needs attention”). These tasks will NOT block your application and they can be completed after having submitted the application.
You can submit your application without completing these tasks.
However, we remind you that these tasks must be completed by the deadline indicated in the task guidelines.
Read the task instructions very carefully before uploading any document.
-
To complete most tasks, you have to upload the required document(s) before you can change the status of the task.
Read the task instructions very carefully and complete the task by uploading the required documents.
-
Once you add a degree programme to your application, the relevant tasks will be automatically generated.
If you later remove the degree programme, the tasks will NOT be automatically removed.
For example, if you added a Bachelor’s degree and then removed it to add a Master’s degree you will see tasks for both kinds of programmes.
If this is preventing you from completing the application, contact the Admission office.

Once you submit your application, it is no longer possible to edit your profile data. However, new documents can be uploaded: please upload a colour-scanned copy of your new passport in the “Passport” task of your application and notify the Admissions and Welcome Unit.
Please note that it is sufficient to just upload your new passport in the related task; it is not necessary to update the related information in your application as the Admissions and Welcome Unite will just simply refer to the new document you uploaded.

Should you have a dual citizenship that includes an Italian or any EU citizenship, you must apply as a EU student since you are not required to apply for a Study VISA.
Please note that you have to select both citizenships in the corresponding fields and upload both passports in the corresponding task.
