Both versions are valid, as long as it is in the European format and has been approved by the professor in Padua and counter-signed by the partner university.

Yes, the fiscal modules are mandatory for everyone. Without fiscal modules, payments cannot be made.

The forms will be sent by the Mobility Office before signing the grant agreement.

Due to the specific nature of the matter, we cannot give filling instructions for those with a personal income above €15,000. We recommend contacting an accountant or a CAF.

Following the allocation of the mobility placement and the student’s acceptance, the Mobility Desk will communicate the student’s name to the partner university during the dedicated period of time; this process is known as Nomination.

After the student’s Nomination by the Mobility Desk, the partner university generally contacts the student and provides all the instructions to proceed with the enrollment phase at the partner university (Application).
In some cases, however, the student must proceed independently following the instructions on the partner university’s website.

The Declaration of Double Degree Student Status (also known as Nomination Letter) is issued by the Mobility Unit (Central Office) and the successful students will receive it upon signing the grant agreement. If the document is requested by the partner university or necessary for other pre-departure procedures, it is possible to request it through the contact form at the bottom of the page.

The grant agreement will be sent close to the start of the mobility, only after the Learning Agreement in Uniweb is approved and if at least 40 credits are registered on Uniweb (this last rule does NOT apply to students of master’s degree courses). In case of changes to the mobility dates, you must communicate it to mobility.out@unipd.it.

Close to departure you will receive an email with the grant agreement, Attendance Certificate and instructions for signing the financial contract. If no notifications are made to modify the grant agreement, a link will be sent via email a few days later to sign the agreement; it is recommended to have the telephone associated to the number entered in the grant agreement form.

If the departure is within 15 days before or after the mobility start date included in the Grant agreement, it is NOT necessary to request a new financial contract.
If the student plans to leave more than 15 day before or after mobility start date included in the Grant agreement, the student must inform the Mobility Office by sending an email to mobility.out@unipd.it.

The mobility end date is a mere calculation of the months of scholarship starting from the mobility start date indicated in the grant agreement. The actual calculation of the mobility days will be based on the start and end dates of the mobility reported in the Attendance Certificate issued by the partner.

You can use the IBAN of an Italian bank account registered or jointly registered under the name of the student. The Flash Studio student card can also be used; you must activate it before you can receive payments, for further information: https://www.unipd.it/cartaflash.

The OLS language test is mandatory only for the students with Erasmus+ status. The test must be taken before starting the mobility, following the instructions sent via email by erasmus@unipd.it before the start of the mobility. There is no OLS language test at the end of the mobility.

In the case of mobility within the EU, basic health insurance coverage is usually provided by the National Health Service through the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). However, for specific services, additional private health insurance may be required.

The students regularly enrolled at the University of Padua are covered by accident and civil liability insurance https://www.unipd.it/assicurazione even during the completion of agreed activities at foreign locations. However, supplemental insurance may still be necessary and we recommend promptly verifying with the host university.

No, you have to find accommodation autonomously. Host universities usually give useful information to incoming students during the Application phase.

Yes, it is possible to withdraw from the mobility even after accepting the position at Uniweb. There is no deadline, but we recommend doing it by the expected mobility start date. To opt out, you must complete the appropriate form available at the link www.unipd.it/relint.

No, afterthe withdrawal, it is not possible to participate in the second call (if applicable).
