Application
-
The portal to view the available destinations and active agreements can be found at the following https://www.unipd.it/mobility-agreements. You need to select your Study field from the dropdown menu. The total number of months (Number) indicated in the portal should be divided by the number of available place (Total number).
For the second call: the available places have will be updated by the opening of the call and only the destination with available places are visible.
-
Ulisse’s mobility allows to engage in courses and related exams, thesis research and internships. Unlike the Erasmus+ Study Call, with the Ulisse Call, it is possible to only carry out internship activities as well. Each foreign institution offers different types of activities, so it is necessary to consult the information of each individual universities to check if the activity of your interest is available.
-
It is necessary to submit the application for the Ulisse program on Uniweb within the deadlines specified in the call. A demonstrative tutorial for submitting the application on Uniweb is available on this page.
-
Some destinations may have additional selection requirements or may only be open to specific courses of study. To check such requirements, it is necessary to read the Call and the information of each university on our portal. The language requirements defined in the profiles refer to the documentation that needs to be submitted at the time of the application.
-
All applications without complete documentation will be considered “Not Eligible”. It is not possible to submit any certification at a later time; you must provide a valid certification at the time of the application.
-
You must attach the following documents, exclusively in PDF format, to the application:
- Proposal of activities to be carried out abroad (mandatory) and/or a letter from the advisor/tutor/supervisor for a thesis or internship.
- Motivational letter (mandatory)
- Language certificates or attestations (mandatory)
- CV, personal statement, letter of recommendation from the instructor (where required)
- Any self-certification confirming grades and the degree obtained if earned at a foreign university.
It is necessary to pay particular attention to the mandatory documents, as the failure to submit even one of them will result in automatic exclusion.

Following the publication of the rankings; if you have won a mobility place and intend to accept it, you must formally accept the mobility place on Uniweb within the established deadlines.
If you do not accept the place within the established deadlines, you will automatically be considered withdrawn.
-
Once you have formally accepted a mobility place, you will need to formally renounce to the spot if you decide not to go to the assigned destination. After the formal renounce, it will no longer be possible to participate in the second round of mobility calls.
