The signing date cannot be more than 7 days prior the end date stated in the Attedance Certificate.
- Transcript of Records: must be sent to us directly by the partner university, if sent directly by the student, it will not be considered valid. It is not necessary in case of research or internship activities.

Please make sure that the information in the Transcript of records is complete and correct.

Students can send it to us if the Transcript of Records contains a verifiable verification code or a digital signature (a scan of a signature is not valid). Otherwise they have to ask the partner to send it directly to our email address (bando.ulisse@unipd.it). Please make sure that the information in the Transcript of Records is complete and correct.

Make sure that all the end of mobility documents have been submitted and that your Transcript of Records has arrived. Contact us using the form here to communicate the reasons for your urgency.
-
It is necessary to submit all end-of-mobility documents 30 days prior the final date set by your degree program or faculty for exam registration. It will not be possible to guarantee the recognition of activities carried out abroad in a timely manner if the documents are not submitted within these timeframes. We strongly encourage you to inform us in advance of any urgency or the specific timing of your request to avoid any unpleasant surprises.

For students applying for the ESU housing call: all activities must be registered no later than Aug. 10
For students applying for regional scholarships: all activities must be registered no later than September 30
For students who aim at graduating after mobility: see deadline for the registration of exams provided for your graduation session, as pointed by the Student Careers Office: https://www.unipd.it/en/graduation
The Mobility Desk must receive the ToR at least 30 days before the start of the graduation session.
Those who do not fall under the above cases may register activities by 31/12.
The student is responsible for providing documentation on time to meet the deadlines for registration for the purpose of scholarships, housing competition and/or graduation sessions.
The University is in no way responsible for the issuance of Transcript of Records by partner universities. It should be noted that in some countries the documents are issued long after the end of the mobility.
