Following the publication of the successful students list those who have been selected will have to accept the position by the established deadlines (please check the Calendar of Deadlines).
In case that the place has not been accepted within the deadline the student will automatically be considered rejected and the place will be assigned to the next person in line or the place will be available for the second-call.
During the acceptance procedure it is necessary to indicate the expected start of mobility date (which must coincide with the start of the academic activities at the destination University) according to the academic calendar of the Receiving Institution and taking in consideration the note of the destination in the mobility portal, if any. The departure date can be changed during the collection of information for the grant agreement before the departure.
At the first call for a semester-long mobility, it is possible to choose to start in the first or in the second semester, while in order to make a year-long mobility, the start of mobility must be in the first semester. The lenght of the mobility will be automatically reduced to one semester only for those who select the second semester as the start mobility .If the partner university’s website is not updated with the academic calendar for the year of mobility, it is possible to refer to the current year’s calendar.
For the second call, in case of non-acceptance by the established dates and times, students will automatically be considered “withdrawn.” The place will be assigned to the first person in a useful position in the ranking list or will remain unassigned.
Please also note that those who participate in the second call are not guaranteed a departure in the first semester.
