Double Degree beyond Europe
During the Mobility
-
Following the assignment of the place and acceptance by the student, the Department will notify the partner university in the dedicated time windows, this process is known as Nomination.
-
After the student’s Nomination by the Mobility desk, generally the partner university contacts the student and provides him/her with all the directions to proceed with the application phase at the partner university (Application).
In some cases, however, the student must proceed independently by following the directions on the partner university’s website.
-
The partner will need to sign your Attendance Certificate; ask the partner for more information about the process and dates.
-
The Declaration of Double Degree Student (also known as Nomination letter) is prepared and issued by the Mobility Unit (Central Office) and successful students will receive it upon signing the financial contract. If the document is required by the partner university or needed for other pre-departure procedures you can request it through the contact form here.
-
It is possible to receive the Transcript of Records through the request at the Student Office, for more information check this website: https://www.unipd.it/en/studying-padua/student-administration-and-support/certificates
-
If you have already uploaded your start of mobility documents once, and your arrival at the destination has been correctly confirmed, there is no need to upload the modified OLA again. You should keep it and upload it at the end of the mobility.
-
You can modify the Learning Agreement on Uniweb by clicking ‘Presenta nuovo LA.’ Since there is a limited number of times for OLA modifications on Uniweb, we recommend making any necessary changes in as few attempts as possible. If you are unsure, you can save it as a draft and seek assistance from your Department.
