Among the initiatives promoted by the University Sports and Wellness program, is the opportunity to follow the practices of Taiji (Tai Chi Chuan), Qigong (Tao Yoga) and Yoga (available soon) through video lessons at home.
These face-to-face activities have been practiced for many years by focusing on improving the balance between study, work, personal life, and that of our well-being.
The University is offering these short online video lessons as an opportunity to dedicate some time to ourselves, both for our physical as well as our psychological well-being.
