             <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is necessary to upload the Attendance Certificate, signed by the partner institution, in the dedicated step of Mobility Online. The certificate should be uploaded within<strong> approximately 7 days from the start of the mobility<\/strong>. The date of the Attendance Certificate&#8217;s signature cannot be earlier than the start date of the mobility. Payment cannot be made without the submission of the Attendance Certificate.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\"> Is it mandatory to send a signed copy of the Learning Agreement by the partner?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No, it is not mandatory. However, we recommend getting a signed copy from the partner as an additional assurance of your activities abroad. You can send the signed Learning Agreement via email at a later time.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The partner university will need to sign your Attendance Certificate, ask the partner university for more information on the process to follow and to understand which date class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The start and end dates of mobility are determined by the partner institution and should indicate the dates during which you have undertaken in-person academic activities at the partner institution.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n order to complete the thesis\/internship during the exchange?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Every end of the mobility document (including the Transcript of Records and\/or Short Evaluation) must be received by the Mobility Unit at least 30 days before the start of the graduation session. The completion of the procedures largely depends on the host university and may not be finalized in time. Therefore, students who intend to graduate shortly after the end of their mobility period are advised to carefully plan their timelines.<\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n\n    <\/div>\n    <!-- \/module accordion -->\n\n\n\n<!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text text-6477-0-1-4     tb_jcpc705\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <p><a name=\"modificareOLA\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Learning Agreement\u00a0<\/h3>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->\n\n\n\n    <!-- module accordion -->\n    <div  class=\"module module-accordion accordion-6477-0-1-5   tb_ene7351\" data-behavior=\"accordion\" id=\"uniweb-2\">\n        \n        <ul class=\"ui module-accordion plus-icon-button  \">\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">How and when to change the Learning Agreement?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to change the Learning Agreement in Uniweb, click on &#8220;New Learning Agreement&#8221; and make all the necessary changes before submitting it again. Since there is a limited number of LA modifications allowed on Uniweb, we recommend making any necessary changes in as few attempts as possible. If you are unsure, you can save it as a draft and seek assistance from the Mobility office or the responsible professor through the <a href=\"https:\/\/web.unipd.it\/international\/it\/contact-form-ulisse\/\"><strong>form here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Students can modify, after its confirmation, the Learning Agreement to a maximum of 4 times. In general, changes are expected to be made within 4 weeks from the start of the mobility period or from the beginning of the second semester in the case of mobility lasting 9\u201312 months.<\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">When is it necessary to identify a thesis or internship supervisor?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Identifying a thesis or internship supervisor is not mandatory at the application stage of the call for Applications, but it is recommended for proper planning of the mobility period. However, the supervisor must be designated before completing the Learning Agreement, before the departure. Students are therefore advised to carefully manage timelines and to proceed as soon as possible, in order to avoid delays during the definitions of the activities that will be carried out abroad.<\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">How do I use the notes in the Learning Agreement?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>The notes in the Learning Agreement should be used to indicate the name and surname of the Unipd thesis or internship, to include activities required by the Study Program but not present in the student\u2019s transcript, to record foreign activities listed as \u201cout of plan,\u201d or, in cases of courses with excess credits, to specify how they should be recorded, for example as free or out of plan credits.
