available destinations for the Ulisse Call?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The portal to view the available destinations and active agreements can be found at the following <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipd.it\/mobility-agreements\">https:\/\/www.unipd.it\/mobility-agreements<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In order to check the list of destination it is necessary to select your degree course from the dropdown menu labeled \u201cStudy Field\u201d and the academic of the mobility.<\/p>\n<p>Click on the &#8220;Agreements&#8221; icon to open the list of agreement and click on the &#8220;i&#8221; icon to access the information sheet of the agreements with all the details.<\/p>\n<p>To find out the maximum of financed months of mobility for each place it is necessary to divide the total number of months (<b>Number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) indicated in the portal by the number of available spots (<\/span><b>Total number<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>For the second call<\/strong>, the available places (if any) will be updated on the date of the opening of the second call. Unlike the Erasmus+ Study Call, with the Ulisse Call, it is possible to only carry out internship activities as well. In particular, for specific Schools or Departments, CLA offers B1 or B2 level tests for students who do not already have a language certificate and whose study course does not include obtaining the TAL. The results of these tests are valid exclusively for ranking purposes and for the Ulisse mobility program, it is only valid for destinations that accept this type of certification and they are provided to those concerned in time for the preparation of the rankings. Applicants are therefore strongly advised to carefully check, before applying, which certificates are actually required or accepted by the chosen host institution, by consulting the partner universities\u2019 information sheets. They are also advised to verify the scheduled test dates.<\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                    <\/ul>\n\n    <\/div>\n    <!-- \/module accordion -->\n\n\n\n<!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text text-6474-0-1-8     tb_p8k963\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n    <p><a name=\"accettareposto\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Accepting the place<\/h3>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text -->\n\n\n\n    <!-- module accordion -->\n    <div  class=\"module module-accordion accordion-6474-0-1-9   tb_g2l190\" data-behavior=\"accordion\" id=\"documents-2\">\n        \n        <ul class=\"ui module-accordion plus-icon-button  \">\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">How to accept a place for the Ulisse mobility?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Following the publication of the successful students list those who have been selected will have to accept the position by the established deadlines (please check the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipd.it\/en\/erasmus-studies-out\">Calendar of Deadlines<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p><strong>In case that the place has not been accepted within the deadline the student will automatically be considered rejected<\/strong> and the place will be assigned to the next person in line or the place will be available\u00a0 for the second-call.<\/p>\n<p>During the acceptance procedure it is necessary to indicate the expected start of mobility date (which must coincide with the start of the academic activities at the destination University) according to the academic calendar of the Receiving Institution and taking in consideration the note of the destination in the mobility portal, if any. The departure date can be changed during the collection of information for the grant agreement before the departure.<\/p>\n<p>At the first call for a semester-long mobility, it is possible to choose to start in the first or in the second semester (apart from mobilities for fixed semesters, as per the form on the Destination portal).<\/p>\n<p>If the partner university&#8217;s website is not updated with the academic calendar for the year of mobility, it is possible to refer to the current year&#8217;s calendar.<\/p>\n<p>Please also note that those who participate in the second call are not guaranteed a departure in the first semester.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unipd.it\/ulisse\">the UniPD website dedicated to the Ulisse call<\/a>, there is a Mediaspace video and a handbook, which can also be downloaded from Mobility Online, explaining in detail the procedures to follow to submit an application.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">I have accepted a place of mobility but I am not sure about my choice.<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once students have formally accepted a mobility place, they will need to formally renounce to the spot if they decide not to go to the assigned destination. After the formal renounce, it will no longer be possible to participate in the second round of mobility calls.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n                                                \n                    <\/div>\n                <\/li>\n                            <li aria-expanded=\"false\">\n                    <div class=\"accordion-title\">\n                        <a href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">What happens if the assigned mobility placement is not accepted nor declined?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>If the winners do not accept the place within the established deadlines, they will automatically be considered as students who have declined the exchange placement. All students who decline will not be allowed to apply for the second call. The place that becomes available will be reassigned to candidates in a suitable position in the ranking or, alternatively, at the end of both calls, through the reallocation of vacant places, as indicated in the call. Declining before departure does not prevent participation in future mobility calls.
