version uploaded at the beginning of mobility<\/li>\n<li>Transcript of Records (ToR) issued by the partner university<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of mobility for thesis activities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Short Evaluation (issued by the supervisor at partner university) and Proposal for recognition (filled by the supervisor of University of Padua): needed for thesis activity upon request from the your arrival at the partner university and before leaving the partner university should fill in the second part of the document.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t    <\/div>\n href=\"#\">\n                                                        \t\t\t    <span class=\"tb_title_accordion\">The end of mobility date on the Attendance certificate is differente from the one in the Grant agreement, is it correct?<\/span>\n                        <\/a>\n                    <\/div>\n                    <div class=\"accordion-content clearfix  default-closed\">\n                        \t\t\t    <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<p>Yes, if the end of mobility date in the Attendance certificate is before the end date state in the grant agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The end of mobility date is decided by the host university and generally matches the end of the academic activities or the last exam&#8217;s date. Check with the partner university the rules that will be applied for the selection of the end of mobility date.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The calculation of the Erasmus grant and additional fundings is done on a daily basis taking into account the start and end dates certified by the partner institution in the attendance certificate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the end occurs after the end date of the mobility provided by the Grant Agreement, if less than 15 days, a communication to erasmus@unipd.it is sufficient; if more than 15 days, you will have to apply for an extension.
