Enrolment desk appointments will be held in presence, as they are reserved to students that have already been admitted and need to finalise their enrolment by handing in their documents in person.

Upon their arrival in Padua, admitted students have to complete their enrolment by submitting in person the enrolment documents for a final verification.
Please note that you are exempted from the in-person appointment:
- if you have obtained your qualification in a EU country; AND/OR
- if you hold a Diploma Supplement in the standard format approved within the framework of the Bologna Process; AND/OR
- if you hold the CIMEA Statement of VERIFICATION;

If, at the end of the procedure, you see the message “Thank you! Your request has been successfully submitted.” it means that you have correctly booked the appointment. No confirmation email is necessary.
