Mobility unit – incoming exchange students

This appointment service is reserved to INCOMING EXCHANGE
STUDENTS coming to the University of Padua for one or two
trimesters/semesters under one of the following exchange
programmes:

  • Erasmus+ for Studies, SEMP, SEN Coimbra Group, Open Arqus
    Mobility, UK Universities
  • Bilateral Agreements
  • Double/Joint Degree Programmes

As soon as you arrive in Padua for your exchange period, you have to
book an appointment to meet the Mobility Unit in order to register your arrival and receive your UNIPD student card.

Your appointment is necessary to prove your presence in Padua
and to allow us to issue your Arrival Certificate, which will be sent to
you VIA EMAIL afterwards (it will not be signed during the
appointment).

ATTENTION !! If you are staying in a University dorm run by SASSA service, you do not have to book an appointment here. The registration of arrival date and the student card delivery will be done at the SASSA Service Office (for the appointment please refer to the instructions received from SASSA).
