Which mobility is right for me?
To choose the right mobility programme for you, the most important thing is to identify your priorities before selecting a destination. The best destination depends on your academic interests, language skills and personal preferences.
Consider your academic goals, whether you’re looking to take a course, conduct research or undertake an internship. Think about the length of your stay – short-term or long-term – and whether you’d prefer to stay within or outside Europe. Language requirements are also key: make sure you feel comfortable with the language of your destination.
What types of mobility programmes are there?
There are various types of mobility programmes, depending on your academic and personal goals:
- For study: spend a few months, a semester or a full academic year abroad to attend courses through the various mobility programmes on offer
- For an internship: gain professional experience abroad
- For research or a dissertation: conduct research or work on your dissertation abroad
Our programmes offer the opportunity to spend 2–12 months studying abroad, so you can undertake either a long-term or short-term study period abroad, depending on the type of mobility programme you choose.
In addition to traditional mobility options, we also offer flexible options to meet a variety of needs, such as:
Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), which combines both face-to-face and online learning. The physical mobility component involves a minimum stay of 5 days at the partner university. The total duration of the programme may vary depending on the format and the institutions involved.
Virtual Intensive Programme (VIP), which is entirely online.
